Resale Policy
Moonmoli allows the buyer to sell its products on/at the storefront registered to their Faire account, including their primary online storefront or brick-and-mortar store location(s).
Selling Moonmoli products in the following ways is strictly prohibited and will result in the refusal of accepting future orders:
- Selling on third-party sites (such as but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Aliexpress, Alibaba, Google Express, Daily Deal Sites, etc.)
- Drop-shipping sites (such as but not limited to Buy.com, Overstock.com, Verishop, Gilt, Wish, etc.)
- Classified sites (such as but not limited to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers
- Purchasing items for personal use
iMAP Pricing & Policy
Moonmoli strictly enforces a unilateral Internet Minimum Advertising Price Policy, known as "MAP" policy. According to this policy, retailers are prohibited from advertising any of our products below the product's listed MAP price (or the Retail Price listed on Faire).
If a retailer is found in violation of this policy, they will be notified, and they must correct the advertising within seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of pending orders for the product(s) violating the MAP policy, and Moonmoli may also refuse any future orders from the retailer.
For any special discounts and promotions, retailers must obtain prior written approval from Moonmoli. Determination of MAP policy violations will be at the sole discretion of Moonmoli.
